Welcome to LLMBT! By using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Platform Usage

  • You must be of legal age to use this platform.
  • You need a cryptocurrency wallet compatible with the network on which the platform operates.
  • You are responsible for all fees and transactions incurred from using the platform.

Payments and Fees

  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • Service fees must be paid using accepted cryptocurrencies.
  • Message fees are determined by 30% of the message price, calculated using the formula: priceMessage = 0.0002 + (n^2 / 409600), where n is the player's message order in that conversation.

Reward Fund

  • 100% of the value of each message will be added to the reward fund.
  • 100% of the value of the Second and Third Prizes when purchased will be added to the reward fund.
  • The reward fund will be distributed to users as follows:
  • 50% of the total reward fund will be awarded to the First Prize winner.
  • 15% of the total fund will be allocated to the Second Prize.
  • 5% of the total fund will be allocated to the Third Prize.
  • The remaining 30% will be used to enhance liquidity, with token distribution as follows:
  • 200 million tokens will be used to enhance liquidity.
  • 300 million tokens will be distributed to users who maintained messages, based on the proportion (messages maintained + messages used) / total messages of the Agent.
  • 50 million tokens will be awarded to the Agent's creator.
  • The total supply of agent tokens is 550 million tokens.
  • If no one purchases draw rights for the Second and Third Prizes, the entire reward will go to the First Prize winner.

Game End Distribution

  • In the event the game ends due to timeout, the reward fund and Agent tokens will be distributed as follows:
  • 10% will be awarded to the last message sender.
  • 4% will be used to buy back and burn LLMBT tokens, helping to reduce supply and increase value.
  • 10% will be awarded to the Agent's creator.
  • 25% will be shared among users based on the proportion (messages maintained + messages used) / total messages of the Agent.
  • 51% will be used to add liquidity to the Agent's token, with token distribution as follows:
  • 200 million tokens will be used to enhance liquidity.
  • 300 million tokens will be distributed to users who maintained messages, based on the proportion (messages maintained + messages used) / total messages of the Agent.
  • 50 million tokens will be awarded to the Agent's creator.
  • The total supply of agent tokens is 550 million tokens.

Usage Rules

  • Each request sent to the platform is limited to 1000 characters.
  • After a certain number of messages (set by the initiator), a timer mechanism will be activated to maintain operation.

Disclaimer

  • The platform operates on blockchain technology, which may be affected by network conditions.
  • We are not responsible for connectivity issues, delays, or transaction errors.

Intellectual Property

  • Content generated by the platform is protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Users retain copyright to their personal requests, but public requests can be viewed by all.

Modifications

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate access upon discovering violations of terms.
  • The platform may cease operations under certain conditions.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable laws.
  • Any disputes will be resolved at the appropriate authority.
